本文提出的锥蜗杆传动几何参数计算方法不同于美国Illinois工具工厂的方法,主要特点是:1.引入节锥面概念,以啮合分析为基础选择和计算几何参数;2.便于将锥滚刀标准化。文中系统地阐明这种方法的理论依据。
The method proposed in this paper is different from the method of Illinois tool factory in the United States. The main features are as follows: 1. Introduce the concept of section cone and select and calculate the geometric parameters based on meshing analysis; 2. It is convenient to standardize the cone hob . The article systematically illustrates the theoretical basis of this method.
