论述了固体物料管道输送中一种常用的水击防护措施———储气罐。根据其减缓水击压力的原理 ,推导了储气罐体积计算公式 ,通过试验验证 ,证明该公式具有较高的精度。本文通过建立固液两相流水击计算模型对储气罐、泄压阀、缓闭逆止阀等进行了比较计算 ,进一步论述了储气罐减缓水击压力的作用。
Discusses a commonly used water hammer protective measures in solid material pipeline transportation --- gas tank. According to the principle of reducing the water hammer pressure, the formula of the volume of the gas tank is deduced, and the test proves that the formula has high precision. In this paper, the calculation model of water hammer of solid-liquid two-phase flow is established to compare the calculation of gas tank, relief valve, slow-closing check valve and so on, and further discusses the role of gas tank in reducing water hammer pressure.
