以苏州大学学生为研究对象，对跳远助跑踏跳准确性的教学方法和手段进行了改 进，结果显示，对提高跳远助跑踏跳的准确性和跳远的成绩，具有显著的效果．
Taking the students of Suzhou University as the research object, this paper improves the teaching methods and means of accuracy of jumping jump in long jump. The results show that it has a significant effect on improving the accuracy of long jump jogging and long jump performance.
