中职学校会计专业在工学结合的过程中存在一定困难,学生到企业顶岗实习受到很大的阻碍。如何通过加强实训基地建设使学生在校期间形成较高的职业素养?这是各学校在实训基地建设过程中应该认真思考的问题。本文从中职会计教育的特点入手,明确了会计专业实训基地建设的重要性,并针对实训基地建设现状及存在问题,提出了加强校内外实训基地建设的措施和建议。
Vocational school accounting profession in the process of combination of work there are some difficulties, students to the enterprise internship has been greatly hindered. How to make students form higher vocational qualifications during their schooling by strengthening the construction of training bases? This is a question that schools should seriously consider during the construction of training bases. Based on the characteristics of secondary vocational accounting education, this paper clarifies the importance of the construction of practical accounting training base. In view of the status quo and existing problems of practical training base construction, this paper puts forward measures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of practical training base inside and outside the school.
