产品数据管理（ProductDataManagement，PDM）是现代产品开发环境中发展起来的一项管理数据的新技术，它以数据库和网络技术为支撑，为并行工程技术提供快捷、可靠、集成的信息资源环境。并分析了PDM技术的发展背景，并对其主模型体系结构及相关模块的建立做了探讨。
Product Data Management (PDM) is a new management data developed in the modern product development environment. It is supported by database and network technology and provides a fast, reliable and integrated information resource environment for parallel engineering. The background of the development of PDM technology is analyzed, and its main model system architecture and related modules are discussed.
