创新是推动社会发展的不竭动力。创新包括理论创新、制度创新、科技创新、文化创新等各个方面。其中,科技创新、文化创新是影响经济社会发展的最直接、最关键因素。一、科技创新和文化创新是创新发展的核心和关键党的十八届五中全会提出“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”的新发展理念,并强调“必须把创新摆在国家发展全局的核心位置”。创新始终是推动一个国家、一个民族向前发展的重要力量,是社会发展的不竭动力。
