中国华侨是世界上人数最多,侨居历史最为悠久的群体之一,也是对祖国感情最为深厚、贡献最突出的社会力量之一。中国政府历来极为重视华侨的历史文化研究。我国侨务研究的历史最早可以追溯到春秋时期,以后虽然经历了历史沧桑的变化,但是中国的侨务研究一直十分繁荣。根据全球化时代中国侨务工作的实际,我们在国务院侨办的指导下,提出侨务文化政策的研究方向,相信会对中国当代侨务理论的建构有一定的作用。
Chinese overseas Chinese are one of the largest groups in the world and have the longest history of living in the world. They are also one of the most profound and most prominent social forces in the country. The Chinese government has always attached great importance to the study of the history and culture of overseas Chinese. The earliest history of overseas Chinese affairs research can be traced back to the Spring and Autumn Period. Although it has undergone tremendous changes in history, the study on overseas Chinese affairs in China has been very prosperous. According to the actual situation of overseas Chinese affairs in the era of globalization, under the guidance of Qiaoban Qiao, the State Council, we put forward the research direction of overseas Chinese cultural policies and believe that it will play a certain role in the construction of China’s theory of overseas Chinese affairs.
