以bTSH刺激体外培养的正常和甲亢甲状腺细胞,通过测定细胞生成环磷腺苷(cAMP)的量,探讨bTSH对两种甲状腺细胞功能的影响。结果显示:正常和甲亢甲状腺细胞释放cAMP的量均随细胞含量、bTSH浓度的增加或细胞培养时间或bTSH刺激时间的延长而增多。在相同实验条件下,两种细胞释放cAMP的值无显著性差异。提示甲亢甲状腺细胞与正常甲状腺细胞相似,对TSH具有良好的反应性。
The bTSH stimulated normal and hyperthyroid thyrocytes cultured in vitro, and the effect of bTSH on the function of the two thyroid cells was investigated by measuring the amount of cAMP produced by cells. The results showed that the amount of cAMP released by normal and hyperthyroid thyrocytes increased with the cell content, bTSH concentration or cell culture time or bTSH stimulation time. Under the same experimental conditions, there was no significant difference in the release of cAMP between the two cells. Tip hyperthyroidism thyroid cells and normal thyroid cells similar to TSH has good reactivity.
