A group of people from the Yukang Group Co., Ltd. conscientiously studied and implemented the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 15th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, increased the intensity of reforms, and creatively formulated a set of work suited to the development of the enterprise and the department in line with the actual work of the enterprise and the department. The new model will further focus on the three key tasks of the company’s “human resources development, product development, and treasury operations,” and will be able to adapt to the laws of the market economy and ensure the rapid and sustained development of the company. Our approach is: First, reform and improve the human resources development mechanism. When we study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, we recognize the two major obstacles that hinder the development of state-owned enterprises.
