社会对兽医人才质量的要求是大学兽医教育教学改革的重要着眼点,对本科人才培养方案的制订以及培养质量的控制有着重要的指导作用。通过调查研究和分析发现,社会用人单位普遍认可和重视具有以下能力的人才:基础扎实、动手能力强、适应环境能力强、具有团队精神、具有创新能力以及品德高尚。因此,高校动物医学专业的教学目标就必须让学生拥有扎实的基础、较强的实践动手能力、较强的环境适应能力、较好的团队合作精神、较高的创新能力和高尚的思想品德。
The requirement of social quality of veterinary personnel is an important point in the teaching reform of veterinary education in universities. It plays an important guiding role in the formulation of undergraduate training programs and the control of training quality. Through investigation and analysis, it is found that social employers generally recognize and value talents with solid foundation, strong practical ability, strong adaptability to environment, team spirit, innovative ability and high moral character. Therefore, the teaching goal of animal medicine in colleges and universities must give students a solid foundation, strong practical ability, strong ability to adapt to the environment, good team spirit, high innovative ability and noble ideological and moral character.
