为提高农村饮水安全工程的精细化管理水平、丰富行业监督手段、保障工程长期可靠运行、推动农村饮水安全现代化,2011年水利部批准实施了科技推广计划项目“农村饮水安全工程自动化监控技术的推广应用”。该项目由中国水利水电科学研究院牵头承担,项目执行周期3年,拟结合有关项目在江西省新建县、四川省什邡市、陕西省洛川县等地,各推广1处县级和2处水厂级的自动化监控系统,并实现不同层级系统之间的联网对接。2012年3月10日,中国水利水电科学研究院在京主持召开了项目阶段性成果专家咨询暨实施推动会。水利部国科司朱寿峰处长、农水司张敦强处长出席会议并作重要讲话。中
In order to improve the delicacy management level of rural drinking water safety project, enrich the industry supervision means, guarantee the long-term reliable operation of the project and promote the modernization of rural drinking water safety, in 2011 the Ministry of Water Resources approved the implementation of the science and technology extension project “Rural Drinking Water Safety Engineering Automation Monitoring Technology Promote application ”. The project is led by China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research. The project implementation period is 3 years. It is planned to combine 1 project at county level and 2 sites in Xinjian County of Jiangxi Province, Shifang City of Sichuan Province and Luochuan County of Shaanxi Province Water level automation monitoring system, and to achieve networking between different levels of docking system. On March 10, 2012, China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research hosted a project consultation and implementation promotion meeting for project achievements in Beijing.
