讨论月华医师:结合病史、体征及有关检查,本例有如下特点:(1)青年女性,既往身体健康,发病两月前有生育史.(2)有咳嗽、咯粉红色泡沫状痰、心悸、气短、不能平卧等症状.(3)查体有心界扩大、心尖部Ⅱ级收缩期杂音、舒张期奔马律及全心衰竭之体征.(4)在治疗前患者心电图示右室肥大及 Q—T 间期延长;治疗后则示左室肥大伴劳损.同时,超声心动图检查左右房室扩大,心脏心相显示左室扩大.(5)于心衰纠正之后患者心尖部收缩期杂音及奔马律消失.本例于产后两个月左右因受凉及劳累发生充血性心力衰竭,但是既往身体健康,妊娠前无高血
