为修订连锁混凝土路面砖学会(ICPI)在2011年发布《连锁混凝土路面砖透水路面(PICP)设计指南》中有关路面结构各层材料厚度的设计数据表,本文对过去的研究成果进行汇总。研究工作包括文献回顾、已有工程和试验路段的现场变形测试、PICP结构中各层材料有效刚度的评价、三种不同底基层厚度(低度风险、中度风险、高度风险)试验路段的力学分析和结构设计。为采集路面结构的性能数据,用重型车辆模拟器在试验路段上进行测试;采用快速加载试验方法,验证路面结构设计方法的可靠性;为完善和调整设计方法,使用了试验路段所获取的测试数据,并基于填表式设计软件程序进行制定;使用所制定的设计软件修订版,对ICPI《PICP设计指南》中的设计数据表进行了修改。以路表面的车辙印扩展速率作为设计软件的基础,车辙扩展速率是路基底层材料层顶部和路基上层材料顶部的“剪切应力/剪切强度”比的函数。《PICP设计指南》修订版的设计数据表包括:基于地基土壤的性能、路基底层集料的性能、80KN标准轴载的通过量,以及路基底层材料层内含滞留水的天数。在《PICP设计指南》修订版的设计数据表中,为防止在路基材料层中产生车辙印,所需要的最小设计厚度与2011年版中的最小设计厚度,并没有明显区别,通常要更保守些。
In order to revise the Design Data Sheet for Material Thickness of pavement structures in ICPD Guideline for Designing Concrete Pavement Pavement Permeable Pavement (PICP) in 2011, this paper summarizes past research results. The research work includes literature reviews, field deformation tests of existing engineering and test sections, evaluation of effective stiffness of layers of material in PICP structures, mechanics of three sections with different subbase thicknesses (low-risk, medium-risk and high-risk) Analysis and structural design. In order to acquire the performance data of pavement structure, the heavy vehicle simulator was used to test on the test road section. The fast loading test method was used to verify the reliability of the pavement structure design method. In order to improve and adjust the design method, Data, and was developed based on a form design software program; the design data sheet in the ICPI PICP Design Guide was revised using the revised design software. The rutting propagation rate of the road surface is the basis of the design software. The rutting propagation rate is a function of the “shear stress / shear strength” ratio at the top of subgrade material and the top of subgrade material. The PICD Design Guide’s revised design datasheet includes the performance of the subsoil based on the performance of the subsoil, the performance of sub-subgrade aggregates, the throughput of the 80KN standard axle load, and the number of days of stagnant water in the underlying subgrade material. In the Design Data Sheet of the PICP Design Guide, there is no significant difference between the minimum design thickness required to prevent the generation of rut printing in subgrade material layers and the minimum design thickness in the 2011 version, which is usually more conservative .
