目的:了解地中海贫血高危妊娠胎儿宫内人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)感染状况。方法:应用聚合酶链反应技术(PCR)对47例地中海贫血高危妊娠胎儿产前绒毛组织、羊水细胞DNA进行回顾性人巨细胞病毒DNA(HCMV-DNA)检测。结果:产前绒毛组织29例,检出HCMV-DNA2例,阳性率为6.9%;羊水细胞18例,检出HCMV-DNA1例,阳性率为5.6%。结论:地中海贫血高危妊娠胎儿与本地区的正常人群一样,产前绒毛、羊水中HCMV感染率较低。
Objective: To understand the status of human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection in fetuses with high risk of thalassemia. Methods: Retrospective human cytomegalovirus DNA (HCMV-DNA) was detected in DNA of 47 cases of fetuses with pre-natal chorionic villi and amniocytes from high-risk pregnancies of fetuses by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results: There were 29 cases of prenatal chorionic villus tissue, 2 cases of HCMV-DNA were detected, the positive rate was 6.9%; 18 cases of amniotic fluid cells, 1 case of HCMV-DNA was detected, the positive rate was 5.6%. CONCLUSIONS: The risk of HCMV infection in prenatal villi and amniotic fluid is lower in fetuses with high risk for thalassemia than in normal people in this region.
