本研究建立了抗黄曲霉毒素AFM1 的单克隆抗体细胞株。用AFM1-肟-牛血清白蛋白(AFM1 -oxim e-BSA)偶联物免疫Ba1b/c小鼠后,取脾细胞与小鼠骨髓瘤细胞系Sp2/0融合,经3~4次亚克隆建立了3个稳定分泌抗黄曲霉毒素M1 抗体的杂交瘤细胞株,分别命名为3G2,3G3,6G8。3株抗体均属IgG1 亚类。培养上清液的稀释度为1v2 000~1v12 800,腹水的抗体稀释度为1v3.2×106 ~1v20×107,参考工作稀释度为1v1×106 ~1v2.5×106。3G3和6G8抗体的IgG 含量分别为0.8和1.43 g/L,亲和常数分别为5.438和4.369。6G8抗体与其它类型黄曲霉毒素均无交叉反应
