外加纵向交流磁场,改变不同磁场频率,对AZ91镁板进行TIG焊。通过对接头力学特性和微观组织分析,研究磁场频率对AZ91焊接接头组织和性能的影响规律,并对磁场频率作用机理进行研究。结果表明:焊接时外加纵向交流磁场频率为20 Hz,焊缝区晶粒变得细小,焊缝中析出的β-Mg17Al12连续的网状分布态被打碎,焊缝及热影响区强度、硬度、塑性得到提高;但当磁场频率过大,焊缝组织变得粗大、力学特性下降。
Plus longitudinal AC magnetic field, changing the frequency of different magnetic fields, TIG welding AZ91 magnesium plate. By analyzing the mechanical properties and microstructure of joints, the influence of magnetic field frequency on the microstructures and properties of AZ91 welded joints was studied. The mechanism of magnetic field frequency was also studied. The results show that when the frequency of longitudinal AC magnetic field is 20 Hz, the grains in the weld zone become fine. The continuous network distribution of β-Mg17Al12 precipitated in the weld is broken. The strength and hardness of the weld and heat affected zone , Plasticity is improved; but when the magnetic field frequency is too large, the weld becomes coarse, mechanical properties decline.
