目的:根据中医理论采用多因素复合诱导的方法建立气虚血瘀证大鼠模型,并观察双参通冠方的干预作用。方法:选用SD大鼠,通过不可预知的慢性睡眠剥夺刺激以及半高脂高糖饮食复合刺激6周,诱导大鼠气虚血瘀证动物模型;在此基础之上给予双参通冠方灌胃治疗2周,检查大鼠血液流变性、血脂及血糖水平。结果:大鼠接受多因素复合刺激6周后,低、中、高切变率下的全血粘度明显升高;双参通冠方干预2周后,与多因素复合刺激组相比,双参通冠方大、小剂量组高切变率下的全血粘度以及血浆粘度明显的下降。结论:双参通冠方对多因素复合刺激诱导气虚血瘀证大鼠模型血液流变性具有一定的改善作用。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rat model of Qi-deficiency and Blood-stasis syndrome by multifactorial induction according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and to observe the intervention effect of Shuangshen Tongguan recipe. Methods: SD rats were used to induce animal model of qi deficiency and blood stasis by unpredictable stimulation of chronic sleep deprivation and semi-high fat and high glucose diet for 6 weeks. On this basis, After 2 weeks of treatment, blood rheology, blood lipid and blood glucose level were examined. Results: After 6 weeks of multi-factor stimulation, the whole blood viscosity at low, middle and high shear rates of rats was significantly increased. Compared with the multi-factor compound stimulation group, The results showed that the whole blood viscosity and the plasma viscosity decreased significantly in the Shengtang crown large and small dose group at high shear rate. Conclusion: Shuangshentongguan Decoction can improve the hemorheology of rats with Qi-deficiency and Blood-stasis syndrome induced by multi-factor compound stimulation.
