农村小学学点小,比较分散;老师少,需要包班,现代化教学设施少,仅有一两台微机,农村教师很少有机会、有时间、有精力外出教研或学习,农村小学教师教学研究一直是难题,为较好的解决农村小学教师教学与研究,在笔者所在乡试行区片教研,取得较好效果,在全县推广。区片教研为老师的专业成长提供了专业引领,使老师们看到自己与优秀教师的差距,区片教研提高了教师的理论认识,增添了工作的动力。作为一线教师,每次区片教研活动,笔者会及时做好记录,记录成功教师的点点滴滴,记录自己的微妙心得,然后笔者慢慢的反思品味,细细琢磨。一路走来,切切实实体会到了区片教研的好处,感受到潮起潮落都是一首动听的歌,笔者不禁为这样的区片教研叫好。
There are few teachers in rural primary schools, and there are few teachers. There are few modern teaching facilities and only one or two microcomputers. Rural teachers seldom have the opportunity to spend time and energy on teaching or studying. Is the problem, in order to better solve the teaching and research of rural primary school teachers, in the author’s local trial area film and teaching, achieved good results in the county promotion. Regional teaching and research for the professional growth of teachers to provide professional guidance, so that teachers see their gap with the outstanding teachers, regional teaching and research to improve the theoretical understanding of teachers, adding momentum to work. As a front-line teacher, each area teaching and research activities, I will make a timely record, record the success of teachers bit by bit, record their own subtle experience, and then I slowly reflect on the taste, carefully pondering. Along the way, really understand the benefits of the area teaching and research, feel the ebb and flow of a pleasant song, I can not help but applause for such a block.
