本文针对当前我国医院病案和统计组织机构较为杂乱、发展相对滞后的局面,提出病案与医疗统计整合管理工作流程,目的是有效利用人力、物力、财力,充分开发利用医疗卫生信息资源,不断发展信息效益。本文病案统计整合流程管理模式分别适用于单纯的手工、单机、局域网、HIS系统和手工、单机、网络化相结合的管理,也是电子病案中的统计和病案管理所遵循的原则。
