宝钢8#空分设备是首套国产化60000m3/h等级空分设备,由宝钢会同杭氧、中冶南方共同进行自主集成设计和攻关,其工艺设计、控制技术、产品产量、质量及能耗指标均达到国际同类机组水平,直接经济效益超过5000万元人民币。文章从项目集成工作的重点和难点、项目管理组织结构及创新团队合作等方面进行了阐述,最后介绍了空分设备单体试车和联动负荷试运转的情况。
