《西北地震学报》编委会第一次会议于二月十九日至二月廿五日在兰州召开。参加会议的有来自西北五省(区)的全体编委和有关工作人员共21人。会议听取了学报筹备组关于筹备工作的汇报;讨论了有关学报宗旨,出版业务及稿件审理等问题。与会同志认为,学报的创办,是西北五省(区)地震事业发展的需要。编委们就如何办好学报,进行了热烈地讨论。大家一致认为,学报的宗旨是贯彻“百
The first meeting of the Editorial Board of “Northwestern Seismological Journal” was held in Lanzhou from February 19 to February 25. There were 21 editorial board members and relevant staff from all five provinces (districts) in northwest China. The meeting listened to the preparation of the journal preparation group on the report; discussed the purpose of the journal, publishing business and manuscripts and other issues. The comrades at the meeting believed that the founding of the journal required the development of the earthquake cause in the five provinces (districts) in the northwest China.
