开展廉政风险防控工作,是推动党风廉政建设工作创新的重要实践,是构建预防和惩治腐败体系的重要内容。胡锦涛总书记在十七届中央纪委第五次全会上强调,要推进廉政风险防控机制建设,从重点领域、重点部门、重点环节入手,排查廉政风险,健全内控机制,构筑制度防线,形成以积极防范为核心、以强化管理为手段的科学防控机制。
Carrying out prevention and control of clean government risks is an important practice in promoting innovation in party conduct and building an honest and clean government and an important component in building a system to prevent and punish corruption. At the Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Commission of Discipline Inspection, General Secretary Hu Jintao emphasized that we should promote the building of a clean and honest government risk prevention and control mechanism, start with key areas, key departments and key links, investigate the risks of clean government, improve the internal control mechanism and build a system of defense lines.
