6月25日,中华人民共和国上海车站海关揭牌仪式在上海铁路大厦隆重举行,上海市政府戴海波副秘书长、上海海关黄胜强关长共同为上海车站海关揭牌。至此,上海地区“海陆空邮”立体式口岸大格局进一步完善。依托4月底上海站铁路口岸对外开放正式通过国家验收,根据国家口岸开放的统一规划,上海海关全力推动铁路口岸“开关”各项条件臻于成熟,此次设立车站海关后,将取代原上海海关驻车站办事处全面承担起上海站铁路正式口岸“沪港专列”旅检通关、铁路杨浦站国际联运货运监管以及上海普陀、闸北两区的海关管理职责,也将大幅加强上海关区铁路
