蔚鸫(张卫东),正高职称二级。前浙江省群众艺术馆馆长、现为浙江省文化厅公共文化处调研员、中国音乐家协会会员、浙江省音乐家协会副主席、文化部群文系列高级职称评审委员会专家评委、国家公共文化服务体系建设专家、中国群众文化学会理事、中国群众音乐专业委员会副主任、浙江省合唱协会副会长。主持策划并担任总导演的全国万里边疆文化长廊建设会议开幕式文艺晚会《东海明珠》、第七届中国艺术节开幕晚会《风从东海来》在全国产生较大影响,后者荣获第七届中国艺术节特别奖。自1970年至今在《歌曲》、《广播歌选》、《词刊》、《人民音乐》、中央电视台、中央人民广播电台等省级以上发表、播放、演出歌曲、歌词、舞蹈音
Wei Wei (Zhang Weidong), two titles are high titles. The latter won the seventh Special Chinese Arts Festival Award.
