目的识别采用粉末冶金技术生产医用X射线靶盘生产企业可能存在的职业病危害因素,找出职业病危害关键控制点和关键控制措施,采取防护措施以减少职业病危害因素对作业人员健康的损害,减少职业病的发生。方法使用工程分析法、职业卫生调查法、检查表法、现场检测以及职业健康暴露风险评估法等对本项目进行评价。结果该企业存在的职业病危害因素有噪声(稳态、脉冲)、高温、钨、钼等,其中磨床、锻造机、粉末称量产生的钨粉尘使作业人员产生职业健康危害的风险等级为低风险,钼风险等级为中等风险。作业场所噪声8 h等效声级强度均低于85 d B(A),高温WBGT指数低于职业卫生接触限值。结论该企业落实相关职业病防护措施后,可有效保护作业人员的健康,发生职业病的风险较低。
Objective To identify possible occupational hazards that may occur in the production of medical X-ray target disk manufacturing enterprises by means of powder metallurgy technology, identify key control points and key control measures of occupational hazards and take protective measures to reduce occupational hazards to the health of workers and reduce occupational diseases happened. Methods The project was evaluated using engineering analysis, occupational health survey, checklist, on-site testing and occupational health exposure risk assessment. Results There were noise (steady state, pulse), high temperature, tungsten, molybdenum and so on in the enterprise. Among them, grinder, forging machine and tungsten powder produced by powder weighing made the workers occupational risk to low risk , Molybdenum risk rating for medium risk. The 8 h equivalent sound level intensity of workplace noise is less than 85 d B (A) and the high temperature WBGT index is below the occupational hygiene exposure limit. Conclusion The implementation of the relevant occupational disease prevention measures, the company can effectively protect the health of workers, the risk of occupational diseases is low.
