目的探讨中国部分地区无偿献血人群中丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)基因型(亚型)的分布,了解我国不同地区HCV流行的病毒株,为临床上对HCV诊断和治疗、HCV疫苗的研制提供可靠的分子生物学基础,并为我国HCV预防政策的制定提供科学依据。
Objective To investigate the distribution of hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotypes (HCVs) in unpaid blood donors in some areas of China and understand the HCV strains prevailing in different areas of China so as to provide reliable information for the diagnosis and treatment of HCV in clinic and the development of HCV vaccine Molecular biology, and provide a scientific basis for the development of HCV prevention policy in our country.
