由第三十一工程处承建施工的东庞矿井,1977年2月开工,1983年12月竣工,历时6年零11个月。该工程被煤炭部评为1987年度“巷道优质工程”,1988年获中华人民共和国银质奖,并获1988年度建筑工程鲁班奖。中国建筑业联合会1989年1月决定对“河北东庞煤矿工程”的主建单位——煤炭部第三十一工程处授予“建筑工程鲁班奖金像”,颁发荣誉证书,并通报表彰。这是煤炭系统建国以来的第一个国家级优质工程。 下面介绍一下矿井施工情况。
The Dongpu Mine under construction by the 31st Engineering Department commenced construction in February 1977 and was completed in December 1983 and lasted 6 years and 11 months. The project was awarded the “Tunnel Quality Project” by the Ministry of Coal Industry in 1987, the Silver Medal of the People’s Republic of China in 1988 and the Luban Prize of Construction Engineering in 1988. China Construction Industry Federation in January 1989 decided on the “Hebei East Pang coal mine project” the main construction unit - the 31st Engineering Department awarded the “Luban prize building image”, awarded the honorary certificate, and informed commendation. This is the first national quality project since the founding of the coal system. The following describes the construction of the mine.
