大数据时代的到来为高职院校物业管理人才培养带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战。为顺应时代发展要求，物业管理人才培养模式革新势在必行。本论文研究了大数据思维下高职院校物业管理人才培养的困境，提出应从生源选择为突破。构建基于工作结果为导向的专业建设，寻求未来高职院校物业管理人才培养的方向和目标。
The advent of the era of big data has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges for the training of property management personnel in higher vocational colleges. In order to comply with the requirements of the development of the times, it is imperative to reform the model of property management personnel training. This thesis studies the dilemma of property management talents training in higher vocational colleges under the thinking of big data and puts forward that we should make breakthroughs from the selection of students. Construct the professional construction based on the result of the work and seek the direction and goal of the personnel training of the property management in the higher vocational college in the future.
