在汽轮机、锅炉和燃气轮机的设计与生产中,钢材的热强性能(蠕变强度、持久强度)是主要性能指标。随着机组参数的发展,更需要由一些较为短期的试验研究数据,来判定这些汽轮机、锅炉用高温另件材料在长达十万小时甚至廿万小时的长期强度。为此,对于金属材料高温蠕变、持久强度试验数据外推方法的研究,在国内外,都普遍引起了重视。国内的许多单位,多年来也做了不少工作。我们在这些工作的基础上分析整理了历年来所积累的一些热强钢持久强度试验数据,拟对于现有的几种外推方法进行一些初步评述。
In the design and production of steam turbines, boilers and gas turbines, the thermal properties (creep strength, long-term strength) of steels are the main performance indicators. With the development of unit parameters, more short-term experimental data are needed to determine the long-term strength of steam turbine and boiler high temperature materials for up to 100,000 hours or even 200,000 hours. For this reason, the research on extrapolation method of long-term strength test data of metal materials creep at high temperature has drawn great attention both at home and abroad. Many domestic units have also done a lot of work over the years. Based on these work, we have analyzed and sorted out the data of some long-term strength tests of hot-rolled steel accumulated over the years and proposed some preliminary comments on several existing extrapolation methods.
