本文建立了潲水油中多环芳烃的气相色谱/质谱测定方法。首先通过环已烷-二甲基亚砜对样品进行两次提取,再用硅胶固相萃取柱进行净化。利用GC/MS分离测定。优化了对潲水油中17种多环芳烃化合物的分离测定条件,方法的检出限为1.80ⅹ10-4~1.10×10-3mg/kg,相对标准偏差为4.3%~17.5%,样品加标回收率为59.8%~81.2%。该方法灵敏度高、准确度好,能满足潲水油中多环芳烃的测定。
In this paper, a gas chromatography / mass spectrometry method for determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) was developed. Samples were first extracted twice with cyclohexane-dimethylsulfoxide and then purified by silica gel SPE cartridges. Using GC / MS separation assay.
