我院于1979年10月至1980年5月观察了10例非淋巴细胞性白血病外周血中自血细胞的超微结构,急粒4例,急单2例,早幼粒1例,亚急粒1例,粒单2例。此10例均为内科血液病房未治疗的患者,经临床表现、血象、骨髓象、细胞化学确定诊断。外周血经固定、浸洗、脱水、包埋和聚合,最后用LKB4800型超薄切片机切片、饱和醋酸丙酮溶液和枸橼酸铅染色,国产DXA_4—10型电子显微镜观察。五型白血病细胞特征如下:
Our hospital from October 1979 to May 1980 observed 10 cases of non-lymphocytic leukemia in peripheral blood autocytic ultrastructure, four cases of acute, emergency two cases, promyelocytic in 1 case, sub-acute particles 1 case, grain single 2 cases. The 10 cases were not cured patients with medical blood ward, the clinical manifestations, blood, bone marrow, cytochemistry to determine the diagnosis. Peripheral blood was fixed, dipping, dehydration, embedding and polymerization. Finally, the cells were stained with LKB4800 ultrathin microtome, saturated acetic acid acetone and lead citrate, and observed by DXA_4-10 domestic electron microscope.
