近十年以来,中国乃至世界的政治、经济和文化格局发生了巨大变化,迈进二十一世纪的中国画艺术,面临着新的机遇和挑战。探索中国画这个古老的画种在新的文化格局中的定位、发展和走向,在当前具有重要意义,笔者就此访问了中国美协中国画艺术委员会主任郭怡孮教授,请他结合中国画艺委会近期主办的“第二届全国中国画展”和“全国当代花鸟画艺术大展”来谈谈有关中国画在新世纪的文化复兴与艺术使命等相关问题。
Since the past decade, the political, economic and cultural patterns in China and the world have undergone tremendous changes. The art of Chinese painting in the 21st century faces new opportunities and challenges. To explore the positioning, development and trend of the ancient Chinese painting in the new cultural pattern is of great significance at present. I hereby visit Professor GUO Yi-jie, director of the Chinese Painting Society of China, and ask him to combine with the recent sponsorship of the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Committee The Second National Chinese Painting Exhibition and the National Contemporary Art Exhibition of Birds and Flowers to talk about the cultural renaissance and artistic mission of Chinese painting in the new century.
