总结了13年来采用玻璃结构因子指导低品位磷矿利用的矿业、工业实践。实践表明:利用玻璃结构因子配料计算,可使含P_2O_513%~18%的硅镁质半自熔性磷矿的使用价值大大提高。自从1982年推广玻璃结构因子配料后,荆襄矿务局大峪口矿段、王集矿段的低品位磷矿得以大规模开采,13年来两矿的累计销售额已超过2亿元。1988年以来,在低品位磷矿区大量兴建钙镁磷肥厂,实现矿肥结合,经济效益、社会效益进一步提高。
Summed up the 13 years of glass structure factor to guide the use of low-grade phosphate mining industry, industrial practice. Practice shows that: the use of glass structure factor ingredients calculated, P_2O_513% ~ 18% of the magnesia semi-self-melting phosphate rock value greatly increased. Since 1982, the promotion of glass structure factor ingredients, Jingyu Mining Dayukou ore section, Wangji ore section of low-grade phosphate rock to large-scale mining, 13 years, the cumulative sales of two mine has more than 200 million yuan. Since 1988, a large number of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer plants have been set up in low-grade phosphate mining areas to achieve the combination of mineral fertilizers and further increase their economic and social benefits.
