随着中国证券市场改革开放步伐的加快,一方面,国内证券市场不断引入国外成熟市场的惯例,另一方面,国内也涌现出了一些专业财经媒体(网站),向国外介绍中国市场。在这种双向交流过程中,出现了许多证券术语翻译的不规范现象。关于后一种情况,笔者已有专文论述,不赘。这里主要结合《华尔街词典》中文版(中国商业出版社,2002年4月,原著R.J.(Shook)),谈一下证券术语汉译的
With the acceleration of the reform and opening up of China’s securities market, on the one hand, the domestic securities market has constantly introduced the practice of mature foreign markets. On the other hand, some specialized financial media (websites) have also emerged in China to introduce the Chinese market abroad. In this two-way exchange process, there have been many irregularities in the translation of securities terms. On the latter case, I have discussed the article, not redundant. Here mainly combined with the Chinese version of Wall Street Dictionary (China Business Press, April 2002, the original R.J. (Shook), talk about the translation of the terms of securities
