在30具防腐的成人尸体上观测了左侧背阔肌,转位并切断背阔肌止腱后,肌瓣超过心左缘的部分长20.9cm,宽14.8cm,厚2.7mm,是心肌成形术较理想的肌瓣供体。背阔肌远侧半长度不够包卷整个心室,短缺约5.6cm,可通过松解血管神经蒂,采用“V”形连蒂心包膜瓣或截取背阔肌腱膜缝接的方式加以弥补。背阔肌过薄时,采取肌瓣折叠的方法双层修补心肌缺损或包卷心室。文中对背阔肌的剪裁和胸壁开窗位置的选择进行了讨论。
