目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏对肛瘘挂线术后创面愈合的影响和预防术后复发、肛门瘢痕狭窄形成的作用。方法 肛瘘挂线术后将市售湿润烧伤膏涂于创面或制成纱条置于肛门内,每日2～3次,直至创面愈合。结果 112例患者术后无一例发生肛周感染或肛门瘢痕狭窄,均获痊愈。与70例采用传统方法行单纯肛瘘挂线治疗的病人相比,伤口愈合天数缩短,差异有显著性意义。结论 湿润烧伤膏能缩短病人治疗时间,促进肛瘘挂线疗法后伤口愈合。
Objective To investigate the effect of MEBO on the healing of wounds after the operation of anal fistula and the prevention of postoperative recurrence and anal scar formation. Method Anal fistula hanging line will be commercially available on the wound burn wounds or made of gauze placed in the anus, 2 or 3 times a day until the wound healed. Results 112 cases of patients without perianal infection or anal stenosis, were cured. Compared with 70 patients treated with the traditional method of simple anal fistula treatment, the wound healing days were shortened, the difference was significant. Conclusion MEBO can shorten the treatment time of patients and promote wound healing after the anal fistula hang-line therapy.
