在压力容器开孔补强的薄壳理论分析中 ,通常假设在补强圈与容器壳体之间没有接触 ,其间的接触力对于结构应力分布的意义和影响尚不清楚。由有限元分析得出的应力分析结果 ,其中就包括了这种接触力。有限元结果与试验数据的比较表明有接触假设的有限元方法 ,对于应力场分布能够产生更好的理论预测。同时对补强圈与容器壳体之间的间隙变化影响以及不同开孔率对接触的影响也作了探讨
In the theoretical analysis of thin shell reinforced pressure vessel openings, it is usually assumed that there is no contact between the reinforcement ring and the shell of the container. The meaning and influence of the contact force between them on the structural stress distribution are not clear. The stress analysis results from the finite element analysis, including the contact force. Finite element results and experimental data show that there is contact with the assumption that the finite element method for the stress field distribution can produce a better theoretical prediction. At the same time, the influence of the change of gap between the reinforcing ring and the container shell and the influence of different opening rates on the contact are also discussed
