高等职业技术教育究竟应该培养什么样的人,这个问题在高等职业教育界一直是莫衷一是、见仁见智。其中有两种观点占主导地位,一种是培养高技能人才,另一种是培养技术应用型人才。这两种观点究竟哪一种更加符合我国高职教育的实际情况,有利于为我国走新兴工业化道路提供人力资源保障,是一个值得深思的问题。文章从国际教育标准分类、两类人才的区别和各自的作用以及我国高职院校培养目标的现实性等角度出发,对两种培养目标进行了分析比较。
What kind of people should be cultivated in higher vocational and technical education at all? This problem has always been incomprehensible in higher vocational education. There are two kinds of views that dominates. One is to cultivate highly skilled personnel, and the other is to cultivate skilled personnel. Whether these two kinds of views are more in line with the actual situation of higher vocational education in our country is conducive to providing human resources protection for our country to take a new road to industrialization. This is a question worth pondering. The article analyzes and compares the two kinds of training objectives from the perspectives of international education standards classification, the difference between two types of talents and their respective roles, as well as the reality of training objectives in higher vocational colleges in China.
