本文以近年来在河北省山区兴起的生态经济沟建设为例,探讨了山区开发技术经济效果评价指标。认为在把山区生态经济建设作为新型的山区经营模式看待的同时,还应从开发、利用、保护山区资源出发,设置技术经济效果指标体系,以考察投资带来的整体效果,力求使山区开发建设,以较少的投入耗费,取得更大的经济、生态、社会效益。
This paper takes the eco-economic ditch construction in recent years in mountainous area of Hebei Province as an example to discuss the technical and economic evaluation index of mountain development. While considering the mountainous eco-economic construction as a new model of mountainous business model, we should also set the index system of technical and economic effects from the perspective of developing, utilizing and protecting mountainous resources in order to examine the overall effect of investment and strive to make the development, construction, With less input and cost, to achieve greater economic, ecological and social benefits.
