分析了我国学术期刊分级理论研究的现状,认为对我国的学术期刊进行分级管理,在标准和依据的把握上不能片面化,而是应当全方位地进行综合考察。学术期刊的分级在掌握科学的学术期刊分级方法的前提下,主要从学术期刊自身的主客观条件两个方面来掌握和考察。
This paper analyzes the status quo of the research on the grading theory of academic journals in our country, and holds that the grading management of academic journals in our country should not be made one-sided in grasping the standards and bases, but should be comprehensively investigated in all aspects. The grading of academic journals grasps and examines the subjective and objective conditions of academic journals on the premise of mastering the grading methods of academic journals.
