中国科学院国有资产经营有限责任公司(简称国科控股)是经国务院批准,由中国科学院代表国家出资,于2002年4月12日,按照《中华人民共和国公司法》设立的国有独资公司。国科控股代表中科院统一负责对中科院投资的全资、控股、参股企业中有关经营性国有资产依法行使出资人权利.并承担相应的保值增值责任。国科控股注册资本为人民币41亿元,现有持股企业30多家,其中全资及控股企业21家。持股企业产业结构以高技术产业为主,同时还包括贸易、投资、咨询、物业等服务性行业,拥有联想控股有限公司、中科实业集团(控股)有限公司等一批知名高技术企业。受中国科学院委托,代管中科院青岛疗养院、庐山
