兖矿集团公司是全国100家现代企业制度和120家企业集团试点单位之一。自1996年改制以来,已发展成为一个跨地区、跨行业、跨所有制的大型企业集团。至2002年底,企业总资产达到261.8亿,连续6年实现利税、利润和综采单产等主要经济技术指标居全行业第一,煤炭综采技术、获利能力等达到世界先进水平。先后获得国家科技进步特等奖、全国优秀企业(金马奖)、全国“十佳”国企、全国五一劳动奖章等多项荣誉称号。
Yankuang Group Company is one of the 100 modern enterprise systems and 120 pilot enterprise groups in China. Since its restructuring in 1996, it has developed into a large enterprise group that is trans-regional, cross-sectoral and cross-ownership. By the end of 2002, the total assets of the enterprise had reached 26.18 billion. The main economic and technical indicators such as profit and tax, profit and fully mechanized production and yield have been the first in the industry for the first time in six years in a row. The coal mining technology and profit-making ability have reached the world advanced level. Has won the State Science and Technology Progress Award, the National Outstanding Enterprise (Golden Horse Award), the national “Top Ten” state-owned enterprises, the National Labor Medal and many other honorary titles.
