加大开放力度,加快外向型经济步伐,跻身国际经济大循环,是我国赶超世界先进水平的重大战略。从目前情况看,国际冷战时代的结束和国内改革开放的发展,都有利于这一战略的实施。为此,各地决策机关和产业部门都强调抓住机遇,扩大国际经济技术合作.但不少地区、不少企业的同志缺少灵活的办法,不知道机遇在哪里。其实,大量的机遇就在我们身边,关键是要善于发现、捕捉、利用它。
Enlarging the opening-up efforts, speeding up the export-oriented economy and entering the global economic cycle constitute a major strategy for our country to surpass the world advanced level. Judging from the current situation, the end of the international cold war era and the development of the country’s reform and opening up are conducive to the implementation of this strategy. To this end, decision-making organs and industrial departments all over the country have emphasized seizing the opportunity and expanding international economic and technological cooperation, but in many areas, many enterprises lack the flexibility to do so and they do not know where the opportunities lie. In fact, a large number of opportunities are right around us. The key is to be good at finding, capturing and using it.
