一、完善组织设置形式和运行制度构建灵活便捷的组织形式。一是建立联席会议。处级以上机关定期组织团委书记召开联席会议,分析形势,部署工作任务,加强对共青团和青年工作的统一领导和指导。二是跨建制抓好组织建设。针对不同时期、不同隶属单位共处同一任务点和团员青少年的单位,实行分片、分区、跨建制建立团组织。三是建立网上团员活动中心。在企业局域网开设团组织网页,用网络这个纽带把团员青年组织起来、凝聚起来。
