自1986年启动“一五”普法以来,全民普法工作取得了积极进展,不同对象的法制宣传工作深入推进,成效不断显现。“六五”普法以来,各级领导干部学法用法工作进一步加强,为了检验各级领导干部学法用法工作,进一步推动此项工作的深入开展,各级各部门普遍推出了领导干部学法考试举措,不仅有利于全面掌握领导干部学法用法工作的现状,而且考试本身进一步促进了领导干部的学法。通过形式与内容的进一步统一,达到了开展此项工作的预期和目的。同时,领导干部学法考试工作中也存在一些不容忽视的问题,亟需引起有关部门的广泛关注和高度重视。
