P16是kamb和kolnik 于1994年初首先报道的一种新型抑癌基因.已证实p16基因位于人9号染色体的p21区域,其由3个外显子和2个内含子组成.这个部位的缺失、突变易发生恶性肿瘤.p16基因的重要性不亚于p53和RB肿瘤抑制基因、甚至更为重要.为了探讨p16的表达及在胃癌中的意义,我们对80例人胃癌石蜡切片用原位分子杂交方法进行了检测.现报告如下;l 材料与方法l.1 标本 将第四军医大学西京医院1994~1995年间经手术证实的80例胃癌标本、40例慢性萎缩性胃炎标本作为研究对象.标本经10%福尔马林固
P16 is a novel tumor suppressor gene first reported by kamb and kolnik in early 1994. It has been confirmed that the p16 gene is located in the p21 region of human chromosome 9, which consists of 3 exons and 2 introns. This part is missing. Mutations are prone to malignancy. The p16 gene is as important as the p53 and RB tumor suppressor genes and even more important. To investigate p16 expression and its significance in gastric cancer, we used 80 cases of human gastric cancer paraffin sections in situ. The molecular hybridization method was tested.
