学生的社会性发展并不是一蹴而就的,而是一个具有连续性的过程。优化课后延伸活动,持续跟进教学,帮助学生在实践活动中逐步参与社会、认识社会、适应社会。笔者从课后延伸活动设计童趣化,促使学生乐于参与、积极互动;课后延伸活动内容生活化,鼓励学生勇于坚持、反复内化;课后延伸活动评价多元化,帮助学生善于交流、共享共进三个角度思考了优化课后延伸活动,促进学生社会性发展的策略,并以品德与社会“困难算什么”一课为例加以阐释说明。
The social development of students is not a one-way, but a continuous process. To optimize the after-school extension activities and to keep up with the teaching so as to help students gradually participate in the society, recognize the society and adapt to the society in their practical activities.
