目的探讨糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)在2型糖尿病检测中的临床应用。方法对150例2型糖尿病患者进行HbAlc检测为研究组,同时选取100例肝功能体检正常者为对照组。结果研究组HbAlc<4%~5%有38例血糖控制稳定;6.5%~10.0%有42例血糖控制不理想,2型糖尿病仍处于预警状态,血糖高于正常;≥10%有70例患者血糖控制失败,需要调整治疗方案,且研究组患者HbAlc和空腹血糖与对照组均有显著差异。结论糖化血红蛋白是一项说服力较强,数据较客观,稳定性较好的检验项目,能反映患者2~3个月以内的糖代谢情况,在糖尿病学上有较高的临床参考价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) in the detection of type 2 diabetes. Methods 150 cases of type 2 diabetes patients HbAlc detection as the study group, while 100 cases of normal liver function test as the control group. Results In the study group, blood glucose was stable in 38% of patients with HbAlc <4% ~ 5%; 42% of patients in control group had no control of blood glucose in 6.5% ~ 10.0%, type 2 diabetes was still in an early warning state and blood glucose was higher than normal; Blood glucose control failed, need to adjust the treatment options, and study group patients HbAlc and fasting blood glucose and the control group were significantly different. Conclusions Glycated hemoglobin is a more convincing, objective and stable data test which can reflect the patients’ glucose metabolism within 2 to 3 months and has a high clinical reference value in diabetes.
