一个在面试中险些被我淘汰的学生,在经过4个月的锻炼和学习后,已成了部门里的中流砥柱,这个案例给我的启示很大: 一个失败的面试可以剥夺一名优秀候选人将来成功的许多可能性;而一个成功的面试,可以让一个人得到许多尝试和表现的机会。
