                                东风4系列机车自投入运用以来,其1、6位闸瓦偏磨现象普遍存在,而且间或机车缓解时出现闸瓦贴靠轮箍踏面,造成轮箍松弛。前者使闸瓦寿命大大缩短,后者如不能及时发现和处理将抱松轮箍,直接威胁行车安全。本文介绍了一种通过改造1、6位制动器吊杆横拉杆,使之长度能调节,继而解决上述两方面问题的方法。
Dongfeng 4 Series locomotive since its inception, the partial wear of its 1,6-brake shoe ubiquitous, and sometimes when the locomotive brake ease the wheel tread surface, resulting in wheel loosening. The former greatly shortens the life of the brake shoe, the latter if it can not be found in time and handling will be loose tires, a direct threat to traffic safety. This article describes a way to solve the above two problems by modifying a tie bar of a 1, 6-position brake boom to make it adjustable in length.
